How am I protected against injuries and damages?
No need to worry about a worker suing you after getting hurt on your property or leaving you to pay for something they damaged. Riverview Turfworks LLC is properly insured and licensed for every job we take on.
How do I pay my bill?
We try to make everything as easy as possible for our clients. That’s why all reoccurring maintenance services are setup with our secure automatic bill pay system. Simply click the link provided in your estimate to add your credit or debit card to our secure card processing system and you will be charged the following Monday after your service has been completed. All other services can be paid for with cash, check, or credit card after you have accepted the estimate. If the total amount of the requested service is over $500.00 we require a 50% down payment to get you on the schedule.
How tall with my grass be cut?
The health of your lawn is our #1 priority. Mowing height varies depending on temperatures. Early spring cut height starts at 2.5″, by summer it will be close to 4″, and fall will end around 3″. Long grass blades promote a longer root structure and will cause your turf to be as healthy as possible.
When will my lawn be mowed?
We provide weekly scheduled lawn mowing in Ft. Smith and Van Buren. We will show up on the same day every week to perform the scheduled service provided there are no unforeseen circumstances out of our control, such as weather or emergencies.
What if my grass does not need to be cut during the mowing season?
Our trained lawn technicians will show up to your property every scheduled day during the season. If for whatever reason your lawn does not need to be serviced, we will not service your property and you will not be charged. No worries!
What if it rains?
It is ultimately our lawn technician’s decision if your yard is too wet to mow. While the weather is unpredictable, our normal course of action is to push the scheduled service up 1 day or to the next available day. Please keep in mind that we are a specialized service company that has a full schedule serving lawn maintenance clients. If it is too wet to service the properties on Monday that will affect every client for the week, pushing them all back by at least 1 day.
Can I request to skip a scheduled mow?
We understand life happens, that is why we allow you to skip a mow 2 times a year at no charge as long as the request is made before 5:00 PM the business day before your scheduled service.
When does the mowing season normally start?
The mowing season normally starts in March depending on weather conditions. We send out emails and texts in the spring keeping you up to date with when the mowing season starts.
